Step 2: Receive design options and quotes. Once you approve and pay the deposit, manufacturing will begin.
Step 3: Your piece is made.
Step 4: Once complete, pay the remaining balance and arrange delivery or pickup.
Step 5: Enjoy and share your piece with others!
Ordering Information
Portfolio Pieces: To order a design seen on this website, use this form. You may request changes (color, size, finish); price will reflect any adjustments. Note: These pieces are made to order, not in stock.
General Project Timeline:
Responses within 48 hours.
Custom designs and quotes sent within 5 days.
Manufacturing begins after deposit.
Most pieces take 2–4 workdays, completed in the order received.
Completion time depends on design complexity.
Installation: For window inserts or panels, rough measurements help with initial design. Once approved, a site visit ensures fit and design compatibility.
Delivery: Non-installed pieces can be picked up or shipped at buyer’s expense. We pack securely, but damages during shipping are not refundable.
Repairs: Use this form to request stained glass repairs. We’ll review your request and offer options or help you.
Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit (based on the invoice subtotal) is required to start production.
